These terms apply to all repairs, services and purchases with Apfel Park.
1. Services
- Repair and maintenance of smartphones, tablets and consoles
- Sale of devices, accessories and services
2. Repair process
- We provide a cost estimate after diagnosis.
- Repairs begin only after your approval.
- If repairs are not possible, we will inform you immediately.
3. Pricing & payment
- All prices include statutory VAT.
- Payment via PayPal, Klarna, Sofort, Giropay, SEPA, Stripe, or cash in store.
4. Warranty
- 12-month warranty on spare parts and repair services unless third-party damage occurs.
5. Liability
- We are liable for data loss only in cases of gross negligence or intent.
- Please back up your data before repair.
